Bookings & Reservations

All safari bookings made through our app or website are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Booking details provided must be accurate; we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information
• A booking is confirmed only after payment (full or partial, as applicable) is received
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking due to unavailability, safety concerns, or forest department restrictions

Payments

We do not process online card payments through the website. Once a booking request is confirmed by our staff, payment is collected via PhonePe or direct bank transfer, and full details of our process are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and forest department rules, which may vary by safari zone and season.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Carrying valid identification and required documents for the safari
• Arriving on time for scheduled safari slots
• Complying with forest department rules, guide instructions, and safety guidelines during the safari

Intellectual Property

All content on our app and website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Ranthambhore Kalka Safari and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information and reliable service, but we do not guarantee wildlife sightings, uninterrupted app availability, or freedom from errors. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app, website, or safari services, including delays or cancellations caused by weather, forest department decisions, or circumstances beyond our control.
